My Trainer Mustafa not only helped me with my syllabus but also gave me the confidence I need to be a good teacher. My postures, mental and physical health has improved tremendously.     I am glad to say thanks to ph hot yoga for my day to day transformation, it’s really worthy, I have an spine problem and I had taken treatment from Dr but it’s temporarily relief when I am taken medicine but after that it’s again have same then I have decided to join ph hot yoga and now I am totally free from this helpless pain also I am enjoying my flexibility also it’s helpful for you gastric problem.

    I had joined Ph Hot yoga in 2019 till date and i am a member.To be honest there are multiple timings and every day batches going on This is the only hot yoga studio in pune,i highly recommend people . There is Teacher training also.The studio is equipped with Amenities as well as Excellent Trainers.
